A power outage was disrupting service this morning, Sunday, on BART's Richmond-Fremont line, a spokesman said.

The outage affected a substation that powers BART's Richmond train yard since about 8:15 a.m., spokesman Jim Allison said.

BART dispatched trains from another maintenance yard and was starting single-track service at about 9:15 a.m., Allison said.

Trains on the Richmond-Fremont line were up to 15 minutes behind schedule, he said.

There was no immediate estimate as to when trains would be back on time.
