Leader of the B1 Initiative I am a highly motivated, strategic thinking individual with a significant background in grassroots organizing and movement building. I have a commitment to and understanding of the economic & social justice issues, organizing, movement building, and grassroots leadership development. I have a solid history of producing excellent results based on my valuable experience as an Anti-Racism Trainer/ Speaker and Consultant, Community Organizer, State Head Organizer and Area Manager/ General Manager. As the Minister of Information and spokesman for Black Unity in the United States of America, I am responsible for: overseeing all aspects of volunteer participation, including recruiting, training, supervising, and scheduling; special event planning, and public relations development through community education and involvement.
