Barbara Grady is a freelance reporter and an Albany resident who has worked for the Oakland Tribune and Reuters News Service and had pieces published by MSNBC.com, Salon, Business 2.0 magazine and Oakland Local.  Most recently she has been working under a fellowship from the G.W. Williams Center for Independent Journalism on a project about human trafficking. In her spare time, she maintained the Albany Today news blog.
