Title 9

Named after the landmark piece of legislation that required schools that receive federal funds to provide girls and women with equal opportunity to compete in sports, Title 9 retail stores began as a company which sold athletic apparel and sports bras to women. The local store of this nationwide chain also sells casual wear such as slacks, skirts, dresses, skorts, jackets, sweaters and tops along with tennis and walking shoes.
