<p>At the Over 60 Health Center on Sacramento Street, seniors can access a range of medical services, some of which are free of charge. Run by East Bay non-profit LifeLong Medical Care, the health center provides assistance with medication, nursing advice, obtaining medical records, routine doctor's visits, psychosocial care and more. Twenty-four-hour urgent care is also available by calling 510-601-6060.</p> <p>Donations from the public help keep Over 60 maintaining the health of seniors all over the East Bay. Information about donating and volunteering is available on the LifeLong Medical Care website.</p>
