Set back from the street like a private oasis, Joshu-Ya's Sushi offers diners an intimate and fun environment and a huge menu to choose from. A large, tranquil outdoor patio greets guests as they enter through the high fence that surrounds the restaurant, leading into a spacious but cozy indoor dining area.

Once seated, patrons can choose from Japanese cuisine classics like teriyaki chicken and ton katsu, available for lunch and dinner, as well as a selection of nigiri and sashimi. The heart of Joshu-Ya's menu, however, lies in the rolls, as the options go on for more than two pages, and include such unique and creatively named items as the Zoolander roll, a California roll topped with cream cheese and two different kinds of fish.
