Cafe Valparaiso

<p>Cafe Valparaiso is a restaurant all its own with its uncommon combination of two tasty cuisines. </p> <p>The cafe is known for its entrees like the Asian-influenced Peruvian dish <em>lomo saltado</em> – red wine-sauteed beef tips marinated soy sauce and spices, then stir fried with potatoes. It also serves <em>chorrillana</em>, which is a potato and egg dish that is unique to Cafe Valparaiso. </p> <p>This cafe also makes traditional street foods like empenadas and quesadillas. It is a great place for tasty vegetarian dishes, as well. </p> <p>Cafe Valparaiso's atmosphere makes it suited to a relaxed lunch or an early dinner.
