This is the Central Library of the Berkeley Public Library system. The first floor is filled with a huge number of fiction and non-fiction books for adults, while the second floor has a reference room, teen room, business area and a section for magazines. The third floor of the library offers dozens of newspapers, as well as a microfilm center and community meeting room. It also has multiple self-checkout machines at the library to help speed up general services.
