Salsa Social Dance Class

I-House Salsa Social Dance classes are back for summer!!
Stop by to test your dance skills or to learn new ones. 

Experienced Salsa teacher Tara Acevedo, with co-instructor Jason Ling, will be teaching this class throughout the summer. They will guide you through a variety of moves to get you shakin'! 

About Tara: Tara Acevedo, founder of www.SocialSalsa.com, has over 20 years of combined dance teaching and training expertise. She has trained and traveled the globe working with master instructor's in various styles such as ballet, jazz, hip-hop, afro-cuban, afro-brazilian, salsa, and casino rueda. She has danced for various companies in the Bay Area including, Sambadat, an afro-brazilian dance company, directed by Tedje Rose, Funk Addiction, a hip-hop dance troupe directed by John Tanner, and The Latin Symbolics, SF's premier dance company, directed by Ava Apple. Acevedo's philosophy is that "Dance is for EveryBody", whatever your size or age, you can dance. She brings her positive attitude and warm energy to each and every class, creating an environment conducive to learning. Acevedo holds a Bachelor's of Arts degree from the University of California.
