Kundalini yoga & meditation stimulates your glands, nerves and organ systems for greater health, vitality and peace of mind. Each class incorporates exercise kriyas, deep relaxation and meditation which can include breathwork, chanting or silence.


Just about anybody can do it. Beginners are welcome.


Yoga mats, blankets & props provided. Just wear loose, comfortable clothing suitable for yoga.
