BYOB: Bring your boyfriend or BFF to yoga!

This workshop is for all those people in your life (not just boyfriends!) who think that yoga is not for them.  Anyone who says:

“Yoga is too easy”  -  “Yoga is too hard” -  “Yoga is for girls” -  “I’m not flexible” –  “I need to sweat more” - “I don’t want to chant” - “Yoga is too new agey for me”

In this workshop, Kevin will show you why yoga practice – when done right – is helpful for every body.  We’ll put aside the Sanskrit and the theory for a while and offer some straight talk about body mechanics, efficient breathing and increasing focus and concentration.  We’ll talk about using yoga technique to reduce the risk of injury, develop balance between strength and flexibility and generate true health and vitality.
