Buddhist Meditation Instruction

The Berkeley Buddhist Priory is a temple following the Soto Zen tradition.

Meditation instruction is offered for free each Thursday at 6:45 p.m. 

Meditation is the foundation of Buddhist practice. Through it, we can discover the Truth directly for ourselves. We open our hearts to the source of Great Compassion and learn how to gently accept and embrace ourselves and the world.
