A Day of Healing for Women of African Descent

Join Konda Mason and Zenju Earthlyn Manuel for a very special day of deep healing and ritual for women of African descent.

We will create sanctuary together as we allow the space for the sharing of stories, emotions and celebration. The day will be filled with drumming, movement, sacred ritual, walking with nature, and silent meditation. We will create the space where being together is being the medicine we need on our healing journey.

Bring your lunch, yoga mat, drums and percussion instruments. Come prepared to have your heart touched, your body opened and your mind expanded as we tap into our ancestral connection and openly love ourselves and each other on this special day of ritual and healing.

No one will be turned away for lack of funds. Limited Volunteer/Work Exchange opportunities, as well as scholarships, may be available for this program. If interested, please contact the Volunteer Coordinator at volunteering@spiritrock.org or (415) 488-0164 x224.
