There's an old saying, "They don't make 'em like they used to."
With that in mind, we thought on this week's real estate installment we'd look at the oldest home we could find for sale in Berkeley.
This one is a six-bedroom, three-bathroom house at 2820 Regent St. The two-story former governor's home was built in 1906.
It sits on less than a quarter-acre and is 2,914 square feet. The home is listed as selling for just under $1.2 million.
You can check out other older nearby homes on Albany Patch and Piedmont Patch.
