What's the Least Expensive Home for Sale in Berkeley?

With home prices rising quickly, it might be difficult to find a real estate bargain these days. Here's one possibility in Berkeley.

Home prices have risen steadily this year and some experts see this trend continuing for two to three more years.

With that in mind, we'd thought we'd see if we could uncover a bargain or two out there.

In Berkeley, the least expensive single-family home we could find was this two-bedroom, one-bathroom house at 1805 Ward St. It's listed at $499,000.

The house was built in 1906. It's 960 square feet on less than a tenth of an acre.
