The Least Expensive Condos For Sale In Berkeley

Check out this condominium we found for under $300,000

Looking to downsize? Or perhaps break into the home ownership market by purchasing something relatively inexpensive?

Condominiums and townhouses can be good places to simplify your life or get started in the market.

Keep in mind the difference between the two types of housing. In a townhouse, you own the dwelling and the land beneath it. In a condo, you own the interior walls and the airspace between them.

With that in mind, we'd thought we'd try to find the least expensive type of these residential units in the area.

In Berkeley, this one-bedroom, one-bathroom condominium at 2550 Dana St. is listed at $269,000. The residence, built in 1962, is 700 square feet.
