This week, we're taking a look at larger homes for sale in some communities that sit on not-so-large lots.

In Berkeley, there's a spacious home on Santa Clara Avenue that rests on .40 acres. It's being sold for almost $1.3 million.

The home, built in 1915, is 4,844 square feet. It has five bedrooms and five bathrooms.
