Tuesday who allegedly attacked and tried to stab a man while screaming

The attack, reported at 7:13 a.m., occurred on the walkway near
the west steps of the building, located between Oxford Street and Shattuck

he found near the steps when a woman ran toward him and pushed him to the
ground, according to police.

then got on top of him and grabbed a knife from his pocket and tried to stab
him while yelling incoherently, police said.

officers, who arrested a woman later identified as Baneka Flood, 39.
