Missing Berkeley Residents Found Dead in Shasta County

Authorities say the missing couple may have been caught in a storm.

A Berkeley couple missing for nearly a month have been found dead in Shasta County, according to an article in the Contra Costa Times.

County authorities said Eric Eide, 54, and Camille Kober, 52, may have been caught in a frigid storm while exploring near the town of Manton, where the Eide family owns property, the report says.

However, no official cause of death has been determined to date.
