Fire at Royal Robbins Clothing Store Sends 1 to Hospital with Burns

The person was taken to St. Francis Memorial Hospital in San Francisco for treatment.

One person suffered burns in a one-alarm fire at a Berkeley outdoor clothing store on Tuesday evening, a Berkeley Fire Department dispatcher said.
 
Firefighters responded to the fire at Royal Robbins at 841 Gilman Street around 6:45 p.m., the dispatcher said. The blaze was under control shortly after 7:05 p.m., according to the dispatcher.
 
One person was transported for burns to St. Francis Memorial Hospital in San Francisco, the dispatcher said. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
