Boston Marathon: 25 Berkeley Residents Registered
Twenty-five people from Berkeley are registered as runners.
A day of celebration has turned into tragedy and chaos as two explosions take place about an hour after the first man crossed the finished line in Boston this Monday.

According to the Boston Athletic Association website, 25 people registered for the race from Berkeley. Of those, 19 had alread crossed the finish line.
