UC Police Log, May 15 to 17

More arrests at Gill Tract; thief takes 10-year-old boy's bicycle from Soda Hall.

Tuesday May 15

8:14 a.m. – A man was contacted by police for "peeping" in a restroom on the fifth floor of Davidson Hall, Unit 2.

4:24 p.m. – Campus police arrested Andrew Carrigan, 21 at Gill Tract for providing false information to a police officers, a San Francisco Police Department traffic warrant and was excluded from UC property for seven days. Taken to Santa Rita Jail.

4:03 p.m. – Police arrested Joshua Keene, 34, for violation of a court order at People's Park.

4:18 p.m. -- Assisted the Berkeley Police Department with the arrest of strong-arm robbery suspect at Oxford and Center streets.

4:24 p.m. – Police arrested a 17-year-old male at Gill Tract for providing false information to a peace officer, falsely impersonating another, and was excluded from UC property for seven days. Taken to Malibar House and referred to juvenile probation.

5:11 p.m. – Police arrested Kristopher Sullivan, 32, for possession of a knife at 10th and Monroe Field, and illegal lodging, and was excluded from UC property for seven days. Taken to Santa Rita Jail.

7:58 p.m. – Police arrested John Lee, 30, on one Alameda County Sheriff's Office felony warrant at Eucalyptus Grove.

Wednesday May 16

2:07 p.m. -- A boy, 10, reported the theft of his purple and yellow Trek bicycle valued at $700, stolen at Soda Hall.

7:12 p.m. -- A man reported the theft of his red/crème Centurion Dave Scott men's bicycle valued at $200, at Spieker Plaza.

7:24 p.m. – A woman reported an auto burglary from her white Honda at Coffer Dam.

Thursday, May 17

12:20 p.m. -- A man reported the theft of his silver and black Specialized Epic Comp 29 ER mountain bike valued at $2,500 from the bike racks north of California Hall.

4:30 p.m. – A report was made of a man possessing a folding knife measuring more than 2.5 inches, in the northeast sector of People's Park.

5:54 p.m. – Police arrested Robert Armant, 36, on an Alameda County Sheriff's Office felony no-bail warrant at Jackson and Buchanan streets. He was also given a seven-day stay away order from UC Berkeley property. He was taken to Santa Rita Jail.
