Police are searching for a man suspected of committing two commercial burglaries and one attempted burglary in Berkeley, as well as similar crimes in neighboring cities, in the past month.
The suspected serial burglar smashes store windows and typically steals cigarettes, according to a news release by the Berkeley Police Department.
Berkeley police are investigating the case and asking citizens for any information related to the crimes.
Police described the suspect as a 25 to 35-years-old, black male with pierced ears (see attached photos for images of the suspect).
