Homes Sold in Berkeley This Week

This week eight homes sold in Berkeley, ranging from a three bedroom, one bath house on Acton St. for $290,000 to a three bedroom, two and a half bath house on Keith Ave. in the Berkeley hills for $1,123,000.

Three of these homes were on the market for 19 days or less, and five sold for at least 93% of the original asking price. In fact, two sold for 102% or more of their asking price. The average list price for these homes was to $609,875 and the average sold price was $578,125.
