Homes Sold in Berkeley This Week

This week seven homes sold in Berkeley, ranging from a two bedroom, two bath house on 62nd St. for $500,000 to a four bedroom, three and a half bath house on Southampton Ave. in the Berkeley hills for $2,000,000.

Six of these homes were on the market for 15 days or less, and all six sold for at least 97% of the original asking price. In fact, four sold for 105% or more of their asking price. We have three homes that sold for more than $1.1 million, bringing the average list price for these homes up to $1,024,428 and the average sold price to $1,023,428.
