Berkeley Snaps: Housing Prices on the Rise in Berkeley?
Realtor Declan Spring says things are looking up in the Berkeley housing market.
Berkeley relator Declan Spring says "we in the industry feel there's a change happening in the [Berkeley] market. Prices appear to us to be on the increase." He says in hot areas of Berkeley, where the house is priced correctly, houses are being bid up. He calls it a "sea change" for local real estate.
