Tibetan Yoga Self-Massage Class
Fridays, 8—9:30 PM (November 15—December 13)
A five-week drop-in “hands-on” class in Kum Nye
self-massage. Students will be led through slow massage routines that
promote relaxation and deepen the sense of physical presence.
Cost: $90 for the entire course or $18 per session. Instructor: Santosh Philip. For all levels of students.
