New Co-Living Solutions for Building Innovative Communities

Join us for a dialgoue on the topic of high rents and the desire for compelling community interaction which is driving leaders in the cultural innovation and high tech communities to consider co-living in ten to fifteen person cooperative communities as an optimal solution to their urban house needs. In this panel leaders, organizers, participants, and observers will discuss the trends that are supporting the growth of this new phenomena and evolving need for human socialization, and the varied issues and outcomes that are emerging from the implementation of this prototype movement in modern loving. There is a $10 suggested donation.

Panelists include Evan Steiner, our co-host for the evening. Evan lives at The Farm House and is a social innovator and a long-time resident in various co-livng models. Jay Standish is a designer, entreprenuer and a community catalyst who is co-living at http://www.sandboxhouse.us/ The Sandbox House, and Felix Levi who is challenging the tech and social innovation communities, experimenting with alternative ways of tapping into our need for interpersonal connection.
