League of Women Voters Conversation: Sex Trafficking in Berkeley

Sex Trafficking is modern day slavery.  Last spring, the Berkeley City Council established a subcommittee, chaired by Vice Mayor Linda Maio, to address sex trafficking within Berkeley.

At the LWVBAE "Conversation" on February 18, members of the subcommittee will tell us about the task with which they are charged, the goals they have adopted, and the progress that has been made thus far.  Join us to learn what Berkeley is doing.
