Hosted by Kerry’s Kids, join the YMCA of the Central Bay Area – Early Childhood Services for our FREE monthly health  clinic for kids ages 0-18 years-old.

• Sign-in
  no later than 6:30pm
• Limited
  slots available (first come, first serve) – priority given to non-insured kids
• Vaccines
  (bring your child’s shot record)
• Routine
  physical exams
• Anemia
  and lead screening
• Treatment
  for mild illnesses

When:  Wednesday, April 9th from 5:45-7:45pm
