Host an Exchange Student from Haiti this Summer!

World Savvy is an international education non-profit dedicated to equipping youth to meet today's most critical global challenges. This year, World Savvy will be bringing a group of 16 Haitian high school students and 2 educators to San Francisco and Washington D.C. to study climate change and social entrepreneurship as part of the Youth Ambassadors Program (YAP).

Over the course of three weeks, the group will explore the causes and impacts of our changing environment, visit organizations taking action on these issues locally in the Bay Area, and then travel together to spend a week in Washington D.C to learn how to take action in their own communities.

We are currently looking for Bay Area families to host a Haitian student or educator participant from August 2 to August 12, 2014.
