Spring into laughter!
Laughter Yoga is a complete wellness workout for mind, body and spirit. It combines playful easy laughter exercises with yogic breathing, helping you connect with others and leaving you energized and relaxed. Lift your mood, reduce stress, lower blood pressure and boost your immune system while you have fun.
No mats needed. Adults and older teens of all levels of physically fitness are welcome. Wear comfortable clothing for easier laughing. Ample free parking. Drop-ins welcome but rsvp's appreciated.
The Oakland Lifefire Laughter Club is co-lead by Certified Laugher Yoga Leaders Annie Goglia and Liz Nichols. We trade off every other week so you get twice the variety and creativity!
