Storms Headed Our Way, Five Days Of Rain in the Forecast

The storms might also dampen some of the holiday activities planned around Berkeley and make holiday shopping a little more challenging. Several outdoor events are scheduled during the rainy days.

Berkeley residents can get up to 10 pre-filled sandbags from the city's corporation yard. Residents must bring either a utility bill or lease agreement to show proof of residency in order to receive the bags. The corporation yard is located at 1326 Allston Way. It's open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
