The California State Board of Equalization published its wall of shame (that’s what I’m calling it, anyway) of the largest sales and use tax delinquencies in California. Luckily, no one from Berkeley is on the list – at least, no one with a Berkeley address. Let me know if you have information to the contrary. See the list of top delinquents here.

You can stop by and give your input on future BART train seat design at the mobile interactive seat lab, which will be at the Union City BART station today from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Union City BART is at 10 Union Square. Read more on .

When stations open today at about 4 a.m., Capitol Corridor and Amtrak will begin accepting non-perishable food donations as part of their Fight Hunger One Stop at a Time campaign. Until June 15, donations will be accepted at staffed Amtrak stations from Sacramento to Silicon Valley, including Oakland Jack London Square, Emeryville, Martinez, San Jose, and the Amtrak annex near the San Francisco Ferry Building.
