JLL Names Schiada to Northern California/Rocky Mountain Research Post

SAN FRANCISCO – JLL announced today a new, expanded role for Amber Schiada, naming her Director of Research for the Northern California and the Rocky Mountain regions.  She will oversee all of JLL’s research teams across six major markets including San Francisco, Silicon Valley, East Bay/Oakland, Sacramento, Denver and Salt Lake City. 

Schiada previously served as a Research Manager in the Silicon Valley and East Bay offices.  She co-authored JLL’s High-Tech Office Industry Outlook, contributed to the annual Ports, Airport and Global Infrastructure Report and the firm’s Life Sciences Outlook as well as several national, regional and local reports covering the office and industrial sectors.

Before joining JLL in April 2011, Schiada was an associate with Rosen Consulting Group, based in Berkeley, Calif.  She is a graduate of UC-Berkeley, a member of the Urban Land Institute and CoreNet Global’s Young Leaders program, where she sits on the mentorship and membership committees.
