Visions for Vacancies: Former By Hand

On the Berkeley side of Solano Avenue there’s a vacancy at 1741 Solano Ave. By Hand was the previous tenant, but they have moved across the street. However, this was back in 2010 and the space has been sitting vacant ever since then.

I called the number on the For Lease sign but wasn’t able to get hold of the owner or the broker. By looking I would guess the space is approximately 2500 square feet. The space still has all the dressing rooms and it appears to be in good condition. It would be great if there was need for another apparel store on Solano since this space is already set up for that, but I'm sure it could work for any type of retail.
