What are their pancakes like? I prefer the fluffier the better. Not a fan of crispy.

They are fluffy, but with flavor -- they often have specials like pumpkin or ricotta cheese pancakes and they are always on the fluffier side. There's no reason to endure a crispy pancake unless it's a latke. But wait: Isn't it LATKE time of year, Emily?
