Build Pizzeria Roma will fire up its ovens next week.

A new pizza restaurant will begin serving customers in Berkeley next week.

Build Pizzeria Roma is scheduled to open its doors at 2286 Shattuck Ave. on April 11, according to a story in the East Bay Express.

The restaurant will allow customers to build their own pizza in thin-crust Roman style. The pizzas will be cooked in three minutes in the parlor's wood-fired ovens.

The restaurant will have 120 seats and 16 local craft beers along with 12 Northern California wines on tap, according to a story in Berkeleyside.
