Sold! Real Estate in Berkeley

In the past week, one Berkeley home on Fulton Street sold for over $1 million, while another on The Uplands was shy by $8,000 of hitting the same mark. The cheapest price was for a unit on Warring Street, which sold for $399,000. Use the interactive map on the right side of the page to see listings of the homes sold since June 22.
