Sold! Real Estate in Berkeley

This week eight homes sold in Berkeley, ranging from a two bedroom, one bath house on Bonar St. for $405,000 to a four bedroom, two and a half bath house on Prince St. for $1,250,000.

Six of these homes were on the market for 15 days or less, and all eight sold for at least 95% of the original asking price. The average list price for these homes was $722,625 and the average sold price was $732,487.
