Poll: Who Makes the Best Tacos in Berkeley?

Vote for your favorite tasty taco joint. Did we miss one? Let us know in the comments.

To some, it's an art form. But the taco is also a humble food. After all, the word "taco" in Mexico is about the equivalent of "sandwich" in English — it's a light meal that consists of wrapping food in other food. Put something between two slices of bread and it's a sandwich. Fold something inside a tortilla, and it's a taco.

Taco history may go back as far as the Aztecs, who likely enjoyed fish tacos. The first recorded taco feast was documented by Spanish conquistadors Bernal Diaz del Castillo in 1520. Centuries later, the taco is still a staple of Mexican food, and celebrated all over the world.

Berkeley has a plethora of choices for tasty taco treats. Vote in the poll below for your favorite. Don't see it in the list? Let us know in the comments.
