Sutter Health Strike
Nurses represented by CNA will not back down from the fight with Sutter
Health over patient safety.
Please join thousands of Bay Area RNs for a one-day strike on Tuesday, July
3.
The fight against Sutter continues as corporate officials demand sweeping unwarranted reductions in nurse contract standards, including proposals that could harm patients. Sutter officials refuse to budge despite raking
in nearly $4.2 billion in profits since 2005. The strike will involve about 3,500 RNs, as well as several hundred respiratory, X-ray and other technical workers represented by CHEU, an affiliate union of CNA.
