Picasso, Matisse, & Van Gogh: Art History of the Early 20th Century

Have you always had an interest in Art History but never had the time to learn about it? Have you always been curious about the famous artists and movements that have altered the way we view art now?

This semester in Art History we are studying the Post Impressionists, mostly of Paris of the 1890's, and Picasso, Matisse, and the New Art of the early 20th Century.

We will also study the romantic and beautiful artists Toulouse-Lautrec, Van Gogh, Gauguin, Seurat, Matisse, the Steins, Montmartre, and many others, and what compelled and drove them to create and move forward, to alter art as we now view it today!
