Ways to Change the World

Your Friday nights are about to get inspired!

Debuting in August, join Karine Brighten Events for Ways To Change The World, a series of inspiring films and speakers on topics including: sustainable living, the environment, animal rights, social justice and more!

The series will take place on the UC Berkeley Campus, 112 Wurster Hall and will run on Friday evenings on a bi-monthly basis.

Opening night is August 26th with the award-winning film Crude Impact and speaker David Blume discussing Turning Scarcity into Abundance, Creating Food, Energy and Job Security.

On October 28th, watch The Man who Stopped the Desert, the incredible battle of one man trying to save the lives of thousands of people in West Africa, and hear speakers Kevin Bayuck & Vladislav Davidzon discuss Community Gardens, Permaculture, Veganism and Nature.

The December 2nd event features Colleen Patrick-Goudreau and showcases consciousness-raising films from around the world that explore human relationships with and exploitation of animals.

Head over to WaysToChangeTheWorld.com for more info and to purchase tickets. Packages are available for all three films at a discounted rate.
