Berkeley artist Peter Canty's large, vibrant oil paintings will be featured in April and May at Albany Arts Gallery. We will be hosting an Artist's Reception for him on Saturday, April 28th, from 6 to 8 pm. Mr. Canty's work, mostly landscapes, seascapes and floral still lifes, glows with his love of the natural world, yet he paints from his internal vision of this world, so the paintings are intensely personal, tinged with a sense of mystery.
