Video: How Do You See Berkeley?

For outsiders considering moving to Berkeley, getting an idea of the community vibe is essential. One local realtor, Red Oak Realty, has put together a couple of videos to help provide insight into the Ocean View area and the Gourmet Ghetto. 

The video of Ocean View depicts sunny meadows and quaint shopping strips, skateboarders and artists, restaurants and even the local wildlife. For the Gourmet Ghetto video, the sun rises over a panoramic view of the Bay, fresh goods are bought and sold at local farmers' markets, children play in the streets and parks, BART riders commute, street performers dance, and busy restaurants play host to live bands — all before the sun sets once again.
