Berkeley South Branch Library Celebrates Grand Opening May 11

Join Local leaders, the board of library trustees, City Librarian Donna Corbeil, special guests, and neighbors to celebrate the opening on May 11, from 12:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. at 1901 Russell St.

The Berkeley Public Library will celebrate the opening of the new South Branch Library on Saturday, May 11.

Join Local leaders, the board of library trustees, City Librarian Donna Corbeil, special guests, and neighbors to celebrate the opening from 12:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. at 1901 Russell St. Refreshments and entertainment will be provided.

According to a press release form the Berkeley Public Library, construction of the new Library was part of the Branch Library Improvement Program, Measure FF approved by voters in 2008.
