Many people (like myself) lived in San Francisco for a few years, then finally saw the light and moved to Berkeley. But they still have friends in The City who don't understand why you left the fog, expensive real estate and questionable school districting for a better life across the bay.
Red Oak Realty, a Berkeley real estate broker, has produced videos of five Berkeley neighborhoods. They're designed to be sent to your out-of-area friends and give them a taste of what they're missing.
All videos are below. What do you think - did they get the neighborhoods right?
You can also see detailed descriptions of local Berkeley businesses and homes for sale on the pages for the Berkeley Hills, Elmwood, Gourmet Ghetto, Thousand Oaks and West Berkeley. And see all 22 East Bay videos here.
