Viewfinder: Vegan Taxidermy at Castle in the Air
Sculptor Aimée Baldwin's birds are on display at Castle in the Air on Fourth Street until July 15.
The second floor of looks more like a museum than a gallery thanks to Aimée Baldwin's show, "The Paper Conservatory." Paper birds are modeled after existing and extinct feathered friends — something Baldwin calls vegan taxidermy.
The show runs until July 15, and the gallery is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
