Transition Berkeley hosted a crop swap on Monday on the Ohlone Greenway.

Transition Berkeley plans to hold the crop swap from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on the Ohlone Greenway at Sacramento and Delaware streets, near North Berkeley BART.
